Function:
As a lawyer, you will handle a wide range of files in all areas of public law. Your work mainly consists of providing advice and conducting legal proceedings (before the civil courts, the Council of State, the administrative courts, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights). You will also contribute to academic publications on a regular basis.
Minimum qualifications:
- You have a Master’s degree in Law.
- You have recently graduated OR have at least 3 years of experience in public law, preferably at the bar.
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English is a plus.
